Charitable Nonprofit Policy Priorities Letter to President and Congress, July 2021

On July 21, 2021, 55 national nonprofits wrote to President Joe Biden and congressional leadership urging them to recognize and invest in the unique role the nonprofit sector will play in rebuilding the economy, restoring livelihoods and strengthening communities. The letter calls for specific measures that will support nonprofit jobs and provide the resources needed for nonprofits to help their communities recover. Note: the letter was updated on September 7, 2021 and is now signed by more than 1,200 nonprofit organizations nationwide.
