Jen manages NFF’s mission commitment to sharing accessible insights across and beyond the social sector. The activities under her umbrella include NFF’s impact measurement; marketing, communications, and publications; and knowledge creation and analysis including NFF’s State of the Sector Survey, a widely cited barometer of the US social sector’s financial health. Jen leads NFF’s issues-based campaigns, including a major partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco to inform and extend the national conversation around outcomes-oriented social services. She also oversees NFF’s IT and legal functions. Prior to joining NFF, Jen held marketing, branding, and sales roles at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Partnerships for Parks, Hearst Magazines Brand Development, and JPMorgan’s Private Client Group. Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Duke University and a Master of Science in social psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
