Refunds and Substitutions
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by August 1, 2026. A refund of the full event fee, minus a $15 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after August 1, 2026. Submit all requests for cancellation to: membership@independentsector.org.
Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date, and no later than August 15, 2026. Please submit a written request to membership@independentsector.org.
Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
