A Triage Tool to Reimagine Strategy in the Context of COVID-19

The COVID-19 crisis and accompanying social and economic changes are reordering community priorities and fundamentally reshaping the work of community institutions and initiatives. But how can community leaders best reorient themselves to the new reality and make choices about what’s needed and what’s possible going forward? In the midst of adaptive changes that may be required, community leaders can use the Center for Community Investment’s Triage Tool to reimagine their work, imagine what else is needed, and make space for the changes and shifts that come into focus.
