Toni Lindsey is an accomplished association professional with over 20 years of experience in membership services. As a technical and action-oriented leader, Toni functions as a subject matter expert in database management, business processes, and accounts receivables.
As the Membership Manager at IS, Toni is responsible for supporting membership operations and managing member engagement and retention efforts. Prior to IS, Toni held several membership roles at trade associations. Toni served as a Membership Program Manager at the American Society of Clinical Oncology where she managed business processes related to database management, membership account receivables and application processing. Additionally, Toni has also served as a Membership Manager at the American Telemedicine Association where she managed the full membership lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
When not working, Toni enjoys acrylic painting, exploring local farmers markets, taking long Sunday drives, and spending time laughing with family and friends.
