Alex has over ten years of experience in the fields of education, leadership, and community engagement. As the Senior Program Manager at Community Resource Center, Alex oversees the civic engagement and advocacy programs including the Participation Project and the Root Causes Network helping nonprofits to build and strengthen their advocacy efforts. Alex is a graduate of the Family Leadership Training Institute and passionate about grass-roots community organizing as a means to creating lasting systems change. Alex holds a Bachelor’s of Arts and Masters of Science in Conservation Leadership from Colorado State University.
