Event Details

You’re invited to join senior charitable community leaders from Greater Cleveland and across Ohio for an intensive one-day networking and knowledge-building program. C-Suite Sessions create a dynamic meeting ground where you can collaborate with peers and thought leaders around shared challenges and creative solutions.

C-Suite Sessions: Ohio will focus on two critical topics:

Evaluating Impact: How do you measure success in imprecise areas like advocacy and systems building? And how does your organization adapt when you have the data? You’ll learn firm methods for evaluation in difficult-to-measure activities, strategies for adjusting your organization based on data, and methods for moving our sector towards a culture of continuous improvement that allows us to adjust programming based on data as we go.

Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity: As our communities grow increasingly more diverse in race/ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation and disability, the intersection of these factors are taking on greater importance in the work of charitable sector organizations. Substantial resources have been committed to increasing equity, but challenges remain. We will focus on research and strategies for increasing organizational inclusiveness and, in doing so, enhancing the effectiveness of our service to communities.
