C-Suite Sessions: Bay Area will focus on two critical topics:
- Managing an Intergenerational Workforce: According to a recent article in Forbes magazine by 2025, 75% of the global workforce will be millennials. Alongside Boomers and Gen Xers who want to remain in the workforce, how will your organization effectively manage this blended workforce ensuring individual and organizational success? How do you effectively recruit, retain and manage millennials in the work place given their sector-neutral approach while leveraging the skills and experience of established leaders?
- Building an Inclusive Organization: As our communities grow increasingly more diverse in race/ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation and disability, the intersection of these factors are taking on greater importance in the work of charitable sector organizations. Substantial resources have been committed to increasing equity, but challenges remain. We will focus on research and strategies for increasing organizational inclusiveness and, in doing so, enhancing the effectiveness of our service to communities.
