Event Details

This event is being presented in partnership with the Do Good Institute, a member of Independent Sector.

COVID-19 has taught us that we need to be nimble as we create and implement strategy, especially in the social sector. Join us for this virtual event to learn how to create strategy that can be adaptive to the ever-changing world. You will learn how to use cutting-edge ideas which are typically only used in corporate America to produce breakthroughs in your organization’s mission impact. Learn what makes companies like Google so innovative and how you can use these same ideas at your nonprofit organization. The webinar will be delivered by Dr. Robert Sheehan Jr., from the University of Maryland, who pioneered the application of aspiration thinking to the nonprofit sector in his ground-breaking book, Mission Impact: Breakthrough Strategies for Nonprofits. Sheehan is the Academic Director of Executive MBA Programs, Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park.

This event is open exclusively to Independent Sector members. To inquire about membership, please email membership@independentsector.org.
