Event Details

Implicit bias is a deceptive obstacle. It manifests itself in both personal behaviors and organizational practices. It can deteriorate relationships, unsettle office culture, and weaken the impact you strive to achieve. But there’s good news: a little bit of self-reflection and some shifts in operations can help you make strides toward ensuring that your organization is more diverse, inclusive, and equitable.

You’re invited to learn with experts who will explain how implicit bias works and how you and your organization can start working to make sure that diversity, equity, and inclusion aren’t simply empty words we say, but actually outcomes that we achieve together.
