As people celebrate Ashura, Christmas, Hanukah, and other holy
traditions this month, I can’t help but reflect on the complex
relationship between the secular charitable sector and the faith-based
community. Given how closely aligned our values, there is tremendous
untapped potential for collaboration between secular and faith-based
organizations. Imagine if we could throw the full weight of our
aggregate resources against complementary agendas?
