Internal Revenue Service Tax Form 990

Independent Sector's IRS Form 990 reports annually on our revenues, assets, expenditures, and compensation. All are in pdf format and many are large documents -- 2 to 3 mb.

In each of the last three years, IS filed its Form 990 electronically. We support electronic filing, since its use by all charitable organizations will increase compliance with Form 990 requirements and give the public more timely access to information about the sector.
