The conference officially begins on Sunday, October 22:

- Opening Plenary commences at 1:30 p.m.
The conferences concludes on Tuesday October 24 with a Closing Plenary Luncheon from noon until 2 p.m.

Traveling to
Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is located within 30 minutes of both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
- Hyatt Regency Minneapolis hotel is 12 miles from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport
Shuttle Service
- SuperShuttle offers shared ride service into downtown Minneapolis. Call 1-800-BLUEVAN for reservations and fare information or visit www.supershuttle.com.
- From the MSP Lindbergh Terminal - After claiming your luggage, follow signs for Hotel Shuttles and Scheduled Vans, to the Ground Transportation Atrium. The SuperShuttle Guest Service Desk is well marked and located near the center of the shuttle area. Reservations are not required.
- From the MSP HHH Terminal - SuperShuttle does not stop automatically at the HHH terminal. You may call SuperShuttle for transportation upon arrival using the Hotel Shuttle Courtesy Phone located near baggage claim. A dispatcher will direct you to the Ground Transportation Area to meet the van. You will be able to pay the driver directly on board the van.
Light Rail
- Affordable and convenient light rail service is available between the airport and downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul.From the airport Lindbergh Terminal, take the Hiawatha Line to Nicollet Mall Station, located at Nicollet Mall and 5th Street, approximately 7 blocks from the Hyatt Regency hotel.
Taxi Service
- Travelers wishing to take a taxi or shuttle to the Twin Cities can gain access to those services through the Lindbergh Terminal's Tram Level. At the Humphrey Terminal, taxi service is available at the Humphrey Ground Transportation Center, which is located in the Humphrey Parking ramp on Level 1.
- Downtown Minneapolis is approximately 16 miles from the airport, with fares averaging $28.00-$36.00. All taxi cab fares are metered at a rate of $1.90 per mile and include a $3.00 trip fee that is added to the final metered fare, which allows drivers to recoup airport permit fees.
